Olive Café Stop on Paseo de Montejo in Mérida, Yucatán. A good place to bike to on a lazy Monday morning and enjoy a delicious frapuchino.

I enjoy your blog and hope to visit your area this winter. I am 66-years old and I too enjoy a good bike ride but find after 5-miles on flat ground I have had it!! Do you have any problems with stealing of bikes and/or stealing money. I live now in North Carolina and many people say for me to be very careful and not carry much money or credit cards. Since I will come down from states by bus guess I will buy a bike in your area or rent one for a few weeks? Thanks Walt
